A violent clash erupted between two rival groups in Noakhali's Hatiya upazila on Saturday evening, leaving at least six people injured. The dispute reportedly stemmed from allegations of irregularities in an ongoing road construction project worth approximately Tk 14 crore.
The incident took place near the Court Building in the upazila headquarters. Upon receiving reports of the confrontation, local police quickly intervened at the scene to restore order and bring the situation under control.
